Well it's that time of the year again and your friends at Majestic Car Center would like to wish everyone happy and safe travels as you embark onto roadtrips to see family and friends.  Holiday travel in the Triangle and throughout the nation can be as tiring as the turkey dinner, but there are things you can do to make the holiday travel season more bearable.

Tip #1:  Make sure your vehicle is in the best shape mechanically before hitting the road.  With the cold weather comes concerns of your vehicle's heating and cooling systems.  If you notice a coolant smell it is best to bring it in for a check up to to see what's wrong.  The last thing you need is for your radiator to fail on the way to or from Grandma's house. Also make sure your "Check Engine Light" is not on before a trip as well.

Tip#2 Plan your trip well. If you're like me, the time off for holidays seems to fly by and you never get to get everything you planned. An example of good planning for a roadtrip would be to find the cheapest gas before leaving and filling up.  We are located right by some of the cheapest gas in the triangle: South Saunders St. in Raleigh.  Another plan would be to have alternative routes in case of bumper to bumper holiday traffic.

Tip #3 Have fun!  The holiday season is the time of the year where you get to see the people that mean the most to you and this is why we at Majestic Car Care Center are wishing everyone a happy and safe holiday travel season!
